Abstrak

The objectives to be achieved in this study are as follows: 1. Describe the sociodrama technical group guidance services in enhancing students' self-adjustment Khozinatul Hikmah Jepara in the academic year 2017/2018. 2. Describe the improvement of self-adjustment of Khozinatul Hikmah students after being given sociodrama technical guidance services. Adjustment in this study is the ability of students to participate in learning and teaching activities in Islamic boarding schools, the ability of students to establish interpersonal relationships with fellow students, caregivers of Islamic boarding schools. In addition, students are also able to adjust to the pattern of life and culture of the Khozinatul Hikmah Islamic boarding school. Sociodrama technical guidance group service in this study is an effort of researchers in improving the adjustment of the research subject, namely Khozinatul Hikmah Islamic boarding school students who have not been able to adapt themselves to the life pattern and culture of the Khozinatul Hikmah Islamic boarding school. This type of research is research on guidance and counseling. The subjects studied were students of the Khonzinatul Hikmah Islamic boarding school in Jepara, amounting to seven students. Data collection techniques use observation and interview techniques. Data analysis used is a mixed method technique by combining quantitative data analysis with strengthened with qualitative data in order to obtain stronger research conclusions. The results of this study found that the adjustment to the Khozinatul Hikmah Jepara santri in the pre cycle obtained a score of 13 (38%) (Less) categories. In the first cycle, it got a score of 19.00 (54%) category (Enough). Then in cycle II obtained a score of 29.14 (83%) categories (Good). The conclusions of the implementation of this study are: 1. The action of researchers in providing sociodrama technical guidance group services to improve students' self-adjustment Khozinatul Hikmah Jepara in the first cycle obtained a score of 56 (56%) categories (Enough). In cycle II there was an increase of 79 (79%) categories (Good). So researchers have experienced an increase of 23%, so the hypothesis that reads "Sociodrama technical group guidance services can improve students' self-adjustment of Khozinatul Hikmah Jepara Islamic Boarding School 2017/2018 Academic Year, is accepted because it has achieved a success indicator of 79%" 2. Adjustment to Khozinatul Hikmah Jepara santri in the pre cycle obtained an average score of 10 (29%) (Very Less) category. After giving the sociodrama technique group guidance services in cycle I, adjustment to the students of Khozinatul Hikmah Jepara gained an average score of 18.43 (53%) categories (Enough). In the second cycle of adjustment to the students of Khozinatul Hikmah Jepara, the mean score was 29.14 (83%) category (Good). Suggestions presented in this study are: 1. Chairperson of the Khozinatul Islamic Boarding School Hikmah Jepara: The head of the pesantren should use the results of the research as a consideration in preparing the orientation of the new santri in a well-structured manner. So that in the future santri can adjust well. 2. Caregivers of the Khozinatul Islamic Boarding School Hikmah Jepara: Caregivers of the Khozinatul Hikmah Jepara Islamic boarding school should pay attention to psychological conditions, social interaction, and the ability to take care of santri as an indicator of the level of santri's self-adjustment ability. 3. Guardian Santri: Guardians of santri should provide advance information to prospective students about the routines and activities of pesantren before registering prospective students to the pesantren. 4. Santri: Santri should access various media to get information about the pesantren they want to go to in order to adjust to the routines and activities of the pesantren.
