Abstrak

This research examines whether ability in making the financial statement, the quality of labor, venture capital,and technology has an effect on performance of Small and Medium Enterprises (SME’s). Sample of this research are the owner of bordir and konveksi business on Padurenan village, Kudus city, number 68 respondents. Technical data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results of hypothesis examination showed that ability in making the financial statement affect on performance of Small and Medium Enterprises (SME’s).The quality of labor that see from training affect on performance of Small and Medium Enterprises (SME’s).The quality of labor that see from entrepreneurial spirit not affect on performance of Small and Medium Enterprises (SME’s).Venture capital not affect on performance of Small and Medium Enterprises (SME’s). Technology affect on performance of Small and Medium Enterprises (SME’s).
