Abstrak

Guidance and counseling in essence a relief that is "easy" owned properties in accordance with the meaning combined in the words of guidance and counseling to prevent and alleviate. Guidance and counseling in practice to be implemented Playgroup infusion in play activites while learning. Actualization of guidance and counseling activity realized in the form of a statement or expression of words and phrases that have an impact action facilitate children in play acttivities. As a consequence the teacher is always making observations of children during activities- Through seriously obseflation proficiency level of teacher know the exact time whether or not to provide assistance and intervention on the difficulties faced by children in play? The problem in practice is whether a teacher at the preschool education institutions have not been prepared as early childhood educators can show actions or statements that express guidance charged? Meanwhile, there are many early childhood education has grown rapidly in the comnunity. Such conditions lead to fears of counter-productive from early childhood education. Research is done to get the actual data and facts about the practice of education in preschool. through observation to answer these problems. Based on observational data saturation permanent tendency known policies in early childhood education in Play Group, in particular the inplementation of guidance and counseling is done by teachers, which is actually recognized as a means of best practices and even claimed to be the local genius, Guidance and counseling in practice is the application of psychological theories. Therefore, to give judgment on the wisdom of the teacher in providing guidance and counseling is required the identification of various actions and words of teachers attributed their conformity with the theories of developmental psychology in particular the theory. Conclusion the results of this study provide information about the diagnosis of the problems of education of children in the Play Group, which can be used by stakeholder in making early childhood education policy, particularly the PlayGroup.
