Abstrak

The charge of this paper is a reflection of group of teachers about their understanding about the scientific papers in the form of classroom action research. Empirical findings about the problems that are considered as the barrier is important information that can be used as foundation material and in providing assistance to teachers who want to improve quality of their professional. As a base material, empirical findings can be explored and defined the status of the problem, as the real problem or side effect. However all the problems must be looked for its solution by offering alternative solutions that are considered relevant to the problem. Given the alternatives on offer here the problem is still at the level of theory, then it should be important to be studied in depth in advance about the grade of their sophisticated as a way to solve the problem before it is actually implemented as an alternative was chosen to solve the problem. As the foundation, these empirical findings can be used to determine the main material and the steps that must take precedence when mentoring will be provided to teachers, so that their needs as reflected in the problems encountered can be met.
