Abstrak

There are many elementary school teachers whose career is stagnant which means that they can not proceed with their position anymore. One cause of it might be due to the lake of scintific research done by those teachers. This reason seems unreasonable because most of those teachers were graduated from the first strata (S1). Based on a research result, the teachers' real problem is actually their low soft skill, that is their failure in facing themselves. They can solve this problem by following the steps done by successful experienced teacher. One of those steps is by making scientific research, i. e. conducting classroom action research.
