Abstrak

This study with the title Optimization in the implementation of Complete Systematic Land Registration in Jepara Regency. This study aims to understand what the policies are for optimizing the Complete Systematic Land Registration activities at the Jepara Regency Land Office and to understand the procedure model for increasing the Complete Systematic Land Registration at the Jepara Regency Land Office. The method of approach used is sociological juridical and the data collection is done by using the interview method with the location of the study, the villages which become the location of the Complete Systematic Land Registration activities in 2019 at the Jepara District Land Office. The sampling method is used with snowball sampling, while the results of data processing are presented in the form of descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the Optimization of the Systematic Complete Land Registration (PTSL) policy has been carried out well, this is reflected in the existing parameters namely the interests of the community owners of land rights or the target group clearly stated in this policy, the policy of complete systematic land registration (PTSL) ) organized by the Jepara Regency Land Office has stated the benefits that will be received by the community and the benefits have been communicated to the community through the implementation process, namely at the socialization stage, PTSL policy has described the degree of change desired from the implementation of the Land Registration Activity which is reviewed based on the regulation of the Minister of Agrarian Affairs Number 6 of 2018 concerning Land Registration, a comprehensive systematic land registration policy is appropriate in answering social phenomena in the land sector, the existence of a systemic land registration policy s complete has been supported by adequate implementor staff and clearly stated.
