Abstrak

Penelitian ini berjuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh profitabilitas, growth opportunity, likuiditas, struktur modal, corporate social responsibility dan kebijakan dividen terhadap nilai perusahaan. Objek penelitian yang digunakan yaitu perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2013-2017. Metode pengambilan sampel adalah dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 85 sampel. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan penerapan growth opportunity, likuiditas, struktur modal, corporate cosial responsibility, dan kebijakan dividen tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.
