Abstrak

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh good corporate governance, interest rates, exchange rates, dan inflasi terhadap indeks harga saham gabungan studi empiris pada emiten sektor manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2015-2018. Jenis penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, sehingga diperoleh 97 sampel. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan program Software Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) versi 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa interest rates berpengaruh negatif terhadap indeks harga saham gabungan. Good corporate governance yang diproksikan oleh kepemilikan manajerial, komisaris independen, komite audit, exchange rates dan inflasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap indeks harga saham gabungan.
