Abstrak

The purpose of this study was to determine the perceptions of students majoring in accounting and management regarding their level of satisfaction with the learning process, and to empirically test the differences in perceptions between internal LOC and external LOC in accounting and management students regarding their satisfaction with the learning process. Student respondent data were obtained from students majoring in accounting and management at Muria Kudus University and STIE Al-Anwar. The data is distributed randomly but selected, according to predetermined criteria. The students' internal and external locus of control (LOC) was obtained through descriptive analysis of data processing. Meanwhile, to test the difference in perception between Internal LOC and external LOC, hypothesis testing was carried out using a different independent t-test. The results showed that HA (students who have internal LOC) will show a higher level of satisfaction than students who have external LOC. The average (Mean Rank) satisfaction rating for students who have internal LOC (41.61) is higher than the average (Mean Rank) satisfaction of students with external LOC (31.51
