Abstrak

Indonesia is getting a demographic bonus, where resident age is more productive than non-productive age. The ratio amount to Indonesian entrepreneurs by 3.47% or only around 9 million of the total population of Indonesia. Must keep going and motivate the young generation, which can ultimately grow interested in entrepreneurship. This study aims to analyze motivation's effect on the young generations' entrepreneurial interest. With 288 respondents from the younger generation, it is known that motivation has a positive and significant effect on the interest in entrepreneurship. The novelty of this research with a positivist approach.
