Abstrak
This study aims to fill a gap in the literature by developing the concept of ergo-functional value resonance mediation as a bridge between perceived ease of use and intention to use from a service-dominant logic perspective. Data collection was conducted through an online survey with 352 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using structural equation modeling with the AMOS 23 analysis tool. This study finds that the value of use resonance is in the form of functional value, which is able to bridge the variable of interest in the intention to use technology. Previous research on the impact of perceived ease of use on intention to use has provided inconsistent results. This study provides additional knowledge that perceived ease of use can directly affect the intention to use new technology. Ergo-functional value resonance acts as a mediator that increases intention to use.
