Abstrak

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh implementasi kredit usaha rakyat (KUR), modal sendiri, locus of control dan digitalisasi UMKM terhadap kinerja UMKM dalam pemulihan ekonomi studi empiris UMKM di Kabupaten Kudus. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 391 reponden pelaku UMKM skala usaha mikro yang sudah pernah mendapatkan KUR. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis linear berganda dengan IBM SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kredit usaha rakyat (KUR), modal sendiri, locus of control berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja UMKM, sedangkan digitalisasi UMKM berpenaruh negatif terhadap kinerja UMKM.
