Abstrak

Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk menguji pengaruh financial distress, leverage, growth options dan institutional ownership terhadap aktivitas hedging. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan energi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2018-2022. Metode yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 85 perusahaan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu regresi logistik dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa financial distress, leverage, growth options, dan institutional ownership tidak berpengaruh terhadap aktivitas hedging.
