    Abstrak

    Portfolio in teaching was best for being used in the evaluation performant of teacher. This postfolio in teaching was many information documents about learning practict a teacher. Portfolio can as several form and different size. Every posstfolio have to content the examples that been choosed carefully of teacher and student working that been framed the comment and many pictures and living with the long comment and meaning with the partner and supervisor. Every teacher have to make portfolio as part from the planning evaluation in the performant of teacher and also school. We promise if the process made document and reflection the aspect of teacher practict, must carefully so will increase the product. There fore, although goal making portfolio maybe variety, but all portfolio contribute in the same last goal that is forward learning student trough increasing professional of teacher.
