Abstrak

The management of hospital inventory is crucial to ensure the availability of medical equipment or necessary medications for providing healthcare services to patients. Kartika Husada Hospital is one of the hospitals located in the city of Kudus. In the inventory process conducted by Kartika Husada Hospital in Kudus, most of the records are still manually kept in inventory books. There is often a discrepancy between inventory data in books and the actual conditions in the field. The process of providing medical equipment and medications lacks organization based on their functions, making it difficult for staff to view stock for each category. This results in an inability to monitor inventory more effectively, identify stock shortages, and manage purchases or procurements based on their importance. Therefore, in addressing the issues at Kartika Husada Hospital, the author will implement a web-based system using the ABC analysis method to determine the availability of items in the warehouse based on their importance. This approach will enable employees to easily access and manage inventory, making the process faster and smoother.
