Abstrak

This research aims to optimize the commercial information system and product stock inventory at the Bakpia Agung Sari Factory located in Sidoharjo Setulan Village, Pati Regency. Bakpia Agung Sari is a typical bakpia from Sidoharjo Setulan Village, the bakpia factory is located not far from local residents' houses. Every day the factory can produce bakpia in large quantities, there are various kinds of bakpia including small bakpia and large bakpia. If there is a buyer's order, factory employees produce bakpia according to the ordered quantity and the next day if the buyer takes the order, they can pick it up immediately. For ordering bakpia and collecting data on product stock, it is still considered manual, because buyers have to go directly to the factory to order bakpia and this makes it difficult for buyers. Apart from that, for data collection on bakpia product stock, they still use books to record bakpia stock. Using books makes things easier for employees but is very It is not practical if the book is damaged or lost, it will definitely make things difficult for employees because they have to write again to record inventory. For this reason, from this research, it is hoped that there will be a system that can help bakpia factories make things easier for employees and buyers. It is hoped that the creation of a web-based sales and product stock inventory information system using the FIFO method can help to overcome this problem.
