    Abstrak

    ABSTRACT Motivation is the energy change in a person who is marked by the emergence of "feeling" and in response to precede it with a purpose. Of this proposed definition contains three elements / features of the principal motivation, the motivation that begins with the change of energy, characterized by a feeling, and stimulated for the purpose. Career development is a formal and ongoing activity that is an organizational effort to develop and enrich its human resources by aligning the needs of employees / employees with organizational needs. From the standpoint of the organization, career development can improve the efficiency of the job organization. By doing the career development of employees will feel appreciated and cared for, so they will feel an integral part of the organization. Organizational climate is the quality of the organization’s internal environment relatively persists, experienced by members of the organization, influence in their behavior and can be written in terms of the nature of the organization. Therefore we can conclude that the atmosphere is the organizational climate climatic conditions or circumstances within the organization, both physical and psychological in the sense that affect people's work mood, which includes several indicators that job facilities, layout, comfort, relationships with peers and creative freedom. Job satisfaction or job satisfaction is the emotional state of favorable or unfavorable view pekerjaannya employees. Job satisfaction is reflections of the feelings of employees view their work. Job satisfaction in a government organization is assumed to be affected include the motivation, career development, and organizational climate. ABSTRAK Iklim organisasi merupakan kualitas lingkungan internal organisasi yang secara relatif terus berlangsung, dialami oleh anggota organisasi, mempengaruhi dalam prilaku mereka dan dapat dituliskan dalam pengertian sifat organisasi. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa suasana iklim organisasi adalah kondisi atau keadaan dalam iklim organisasi, baik dalam arti fisik maupun psikis yang mempengaruhi suasana hati orang yang bekerja, yang mencakup dalam beberapa indikator yaitu fasilitas kerja, tata ruang, kenyamanan, hubungan dengan teman sejawat dan kebebasan berkreasi. Kepuasan kerja atau job satisfaction adalah keadaan emosional yang menyenangkan atau tidak menyenangkan para karyawan memandang pekerjaannya. Kepuasan kerja merupakan cerminan dari perasaan pekerja terhadap pekerjaannya. Kepuasan kerja karyawan di suatu organisasi pemerintah di duga dapat dipengaruhi diantaranya yaitu motivasi, pengembangan karir, dan iklim organisasi.
