Abstrak

Running a business mostly just like a driver or a captain whom must control and direct his car or ship to find a comfortable riding or shipping in an unpredictable situation face at highway or wide sea. His capabilities or competencies and also his experiences will become his trigger to reach his business success as his responsibility. Did these statement are correct? Is there experiences will become the most contribution in getting the business success, especially in UMKM business matter? This study will explain deeply and identify the role of human resource empowerment program based on creativity thinking become as a strategy for enhancing employees dynamically to increase their performance and getting organization success. This paper focused to describe and explain the existence of innovative thinking culture in business system activities and daily work environment. Throughout the seriously effort on creating habits and self commitment supported by self integrity will enlarge and improving the rise of new idea for UMKM activities to reach higher level in business position, to become a middle enterprise or big business, at last bigger and bigger in the future, In this paper, some explanation and the content of this paper based on my involvement and experience to build and run business from very small business level to become one of the prospect business in the future
