Abstrak

This study aims to analyze how the influence the spiritual intelligence (SQ) level and organizational commitment with the leadership mediation to Ustadzs performances Islamic boarding school in Kudus, tesis, Human Resource program, Management faculty, University. Analysis of the test results by using Structural Equation Modeling with SmartPLS devices showed that the variables spiritual intelligence with the proposed indicators is positive but not significant effect on ustadzs performances. While organizational commitment has a positive and significant impact on performance. If there is leadership mediation, the spiritual intelligence effect on performance is significant and positive,while organizational commitment when there is variabel leadership mediation is positive but not significant effect on the ustadzs performance at the Islamic boarding school in Kudus. Influence the level of spiritual intelligence (SQ) and organizational commitment with leadership moderation to Ustadzs performance at Islamic boarding school in Kudus is moderate at 40% (R-Square 0.407), the rest of the cleric affected performance indicators and other fariabel developed by subsequent research.
