Abstrak

The background of this research is based on the research done from interviews and observations of researchers on December 20 to January 27, 2014 in SMP PGRI Jekulo Kudus against students’ behaviour in the school which shows the results that student’s behavior in junior high school of PGRI Jekulo is not organized especially the male students. From the background of the research, the writer propose the statement of the problems as follows; "How does the implementation of counseling reality in order to change students indiciplinary behavior in SMP PGRI Jekulo Kudus in academic year 2013/2014 ?", While the purpose of this study is to reveal what the cause of students indiciplinary behavior against the school regulation that had been on to come up by students in junior high school students of SMP PGRI Jekulo Kudus in academic year 2013/2014. 2) Determine the effectiveness of the implementation of the counseling models of reality in order to change student’s indiciplinary behavior against the school regulations in the SMP PGRI Jekulo Kudus in academic year 2013/2014. Further the usefulness of this research is theoretical; The results of the study can be used to broaden and deepen the depth of knowledge, especially related to scientific guidance and counseling, specifically regarding to the effort deal with indiscipline behaviour against students who do indicplinary behaviour against school regulation counseling approach model of reality and as a literature review for further research. In practical terms; (I) For schools; can assist schools in completing specific issues regarding student disciplinary acts are often done by students, thus helping to create a conducive atmosphere and comfort for students in the school environment, (II) For Teachers; can help teachers guidance and counseling in alleviating the problem of students, as well as assist teachers in implementing a conducive learning without offense in violation of the student learning process, (III) For Students; This study will help the students understand about the problem and can help the student in solving the problem so that later he can develop optimally. In this study, the scope of the research is the implementation of counseling reality model and indisciplinary student’s behaviour against school regulation. This is a case study research, a descriptive qualitative research. Methods of data collection in this research are; interview, observation and documentation. Way of analyzing the data that the writer do is collecting data, reduce the data and further conclude the presentation of the data. Setting of the research is in SMP PGRI Jekulo subject is sacred to 3 BG, ER and NN. From the results of the implementation of the counseling is done by the students BG , ER and NN , researchers get results ; 1 ) . Factors causing indiscipline behavior Client 1 ( BG ) , Intern ; students can not think realistically , less responsible , the feeling is not terhargai . From Ekstren , ( a) of the family . not harmonious , less attention ( b ) the school environment , teachers are unfriendly behavior and different love , and always ignore siwa , ( c ) due to the influence of the association . 2 ) . Factors causing indiscipline behavior Client 2 ( ER ) , Intern : no future goals , and the lack of sense of responsibility . The desire to show his power . Ektern factors , environmental influences such as social , environmental conditions are not strict school , and the teachers are not good behavior and tend to ignore the students , and because of the family environment were less concerned and less attention to the students . 3 ) . Causes of indiscipline behavior client 3 ( NN ) , the internal , does not have the motivation to learn , ektern ; a) family , the lack of care and concern to the family of a student's education , b ) . school environment is not comfortable for students , and teachers who behave differently love , and ignore the students , and c ) because of the influence of the association . In addition to knowing the factors that cause students bring disciplinary behavior , here through counseling model of reality that researchers do against the three students ; Researchers can also see changes in the behavior of students as follows ; Client 1 ( BG ) through counseling serv reality that researchers do using techniques WDEP the question , and confrontations , students are not aware of this behavior during brings him to happiness . Students also showed better behavior , become more orderly and does not make the act or troublemakers in school . Client 2 ( ER ) after receiving counseling services a reality , by using some of the techniques that WDEP questions , role playing , and confrontation , the ER was not orderly for the better in the attitude , the students are no longer frequent truancy , students begin to follow the lessons in the classroom , no longer like to make noise and no longer break the rules in the rule that prohibited school . Client 3 ( NN ) after counseling done by using techniques WDEP questions , confrontations and role playing , students are not really aware of his behavior and imprecise . Students also showed a change in attitude became more orderly and hiormat to teachers and rules. Based on these results , proving that the reality is very helpful counseling counseling teacher in seeking better behavior to individuals with problems . Especially for children facing teens that gives rise to behaviors that are not appropriate . As well as 3 students in PGRI which always bring disciplinary behavior at school .
