        Abstrak

        The purpose of this research to determine: (1) whether the learning of mathematics using Numbered Heads Together (NHT) produce learning achievement better than conventional learning, (2) whether there is influence intrapersonal intelligence to students learning achievement, (3) whether there is an interaction between learning methods with intrapersonal intelligence students of students mathematics achievement. This research was a quasi-experimental research with a 2 × 3 factorial design. This research population are students of grade V elemantary pablic school of the Jekulo District academic year 2014/2015. The sampling technique was conducted stratified cluster random sampling. The sample consisted of 35 respondents from the experimental group and the control group. Instruments used to collect data is mathematics achievement test instruments and instrument student questionnaire intrapersonal intelligence. Test prerequisite Variance Analysis using Lillifors test for normality test and Bartlett's test for homogeneity test. With α = 0.05 was obtained samples come from populations with normal distribution and homogeneous. Hypothesis test used is a two way ANOVA with different cells. With α = 0.05 showed (1) F_a>F_tabel means that there are differences in the effect of learning methods on mathematics achievement. This is consistent with the hypothesis theory, (2) F_b>F_tabel means that there are differences in mathematics achievement between students with high, medium, and low intrapersonal intelligence. This is consistent with the hypothesis theory, (3) F_ab<F_tabelmeans that there are differences in achievement of each learning method consistent at each level of intrapersonal intelligence and the difference in learning achievement of each level consistent intrapersonal intelligence on each method of learning. This is not consistent with the hypothesis theory.
