Abstrak

The purpose of this research was to: 1. describe the level of friendship relation in social relations before and after doing group guidance with sociodrama technique on students of bording school RaudhatulUlumKajeksan Kudus. 2. Get the improvement of friendship relation in social relation through by group guidance with sociodrama technique on students of bording school RaudhatulUlumKajeksan Kudus in the academic year 2015/2016. Establish the friendship relation in social relations is a condition of reciprocal relation two or more individu who are mutualing each other,maintain hope and have tipycal which can improve to relationship level. Group guidance is the service in guidance and counseling which used to help the improvement of individual in the communication ability so that indivual can appreciate other people opinions. Then, in doing group guidance service, the researcher used sociodrama technique. Sociodrama technique is technique where the students dramatizing social problems that they were happen. The hypothesis was group guidance service with sociodrama technique can improve establish friendship relation in social relations on the students of bording school RaudhatulUlumKajeksan Kudus. The kind of this research was classroom action research of guidance and counseling action with using two cycles, every stage cycle includes of planning, action, reflection. The subject were students of bording school RaudhatulUlumKajeksan Kudus, student consist of 8 students who have low understanding of friendship relation level in social relations. While the method of data collection was used the researcher is observation method, interview method, and document method. The data analysis was descriptive qualitative. The result pre-cycle establish friendship relation in social relations was categorized less (the averages score was 21,4). In cycle 1 establish friendship relation in social relationship was increased in less categorized (the average score was 25,7). It was increased the averages score 4,3 from the pre-cycle. In cycle I1 establish friendship relation in social relationship was increased in good categorized (the average score was 35,6). It showed that there was increased score was 19,8%. The increased of the students activityes in group guidance service with sociodrama technique was increased on cycle I the average score was 49,3 in less categorized and on cycle II the average score was 72,6 in good categorized. Conclusion of the result are increase establish the friendship relation in social relations pre-cycle the average score was 21,4 in less categorized, the cycle I the average score was 25,7 in less categorized and cycle II 35,6 in good categorized. The result of research students activityes on the cycle I the average score was 49,3 in less categorized and on cycle II the average score was 72,6 in baik categorized. It can be concluded that group guidance service with sociodrama technique effective to increase establish the friendship relation in social relations. Based on this research, the researcher give suggestion to: 1. For the Principal, as reference to create the condusiveenfironment in order to increase establish the friendship relation in social relations, so that the studets did not less the friendship relation, can be contribution for wisdom in increase student potention develop optimally. 2. For the Teacher, the researcher hope that she gives group guidance service related with establish the friendship relation in social relations so that student good in establish the friendship relation. 3. For the students, so be able to change attitude from their habit that is not good to be better and student trying to maximize correct the attitude establish the friendship relation through group guidance service with sociodrama technique. 4. For next researcher, hope use these result as a basis to conduct research and develop further by extending aspects of research studies and use the result of this study as additional knowledge and references especially related to increasing establish the friendship relation in social reationsthrough by group guidance services with sociodrama technique.
