                  Abstrak

                  This study aims to examine and provide empirical evidence of the influence the effectiveness of the system implementation, user expertise, compliance management tasks and participation on employee performance of accounting empirical study of small and medium micro enterprises in the former residency Pati. The sample in this study were employees of the accounting department, administration department, the holder or user of computer programs. Selection of the population because these positions are responsible for preparing financial statements and financial management of a company which amounted to 245 respondents.The technique of collecting data using questionnaires, data analysis techniques using multiple regression analysis, t-test, F and coefficient of determination. The results showed that the effectiveness of the implementation of the system a significant positive effect on employee performance of accounting empirical study of small and medium micro enterprises in Ex Pati residency. Respondents believe that the accounting information system they use is optimal and effective, so as to accelerate the completion of their tasks. Expertise users of the system a significant positive effect on employee performance of accounting. Employee expertise in operating system information obtained through training, habits in operating system is able to accelerate the completion of the task. Conformance task significant positive effect on employee performance of accounting empirical study of small and medium micro enterprises in Ex Pati residency. The application program used in an accounting information system prompt and appropriate small and medium micro enterprises can improve employee performance. Management participation significant positive effect on employee performance accounting. Support management by providing the infrastructure will further improve the performance of employees.
