                  Abstrak

                  Every company should has a strategy to win the market. Competitive advantage in any company can be used as a strategy to attract consumers and also in order to survive and win the market. The purpose of this study was to determine how the votes competitive advantage at Qimo Arts & Culture Japara using the Five Forces analysis from Michael Porter that includes (1) the strength of the new entrants, (2) the strength of the replacement product (3) the strength of bargain buyers (4) the bargaining power of suppliers and (5) the strength of power among existing competitors. The results of the study was obtained by conducting in-depth interviews to the owner of Qimo Arts & Culture Japara, employees and suppliers. From the activities that have been carried out in Qimo Arts & Culture Japara is known that the strength of the threat of new entrants is weak, the strength of the threat of substitute products (substitution) is strong, the strength of the offer the buyer is strong, the strength of the offer suppliers is strong, and the force of the existing competitors is strong, it can be seen that the competitive pressure among the industry is strong. The competitive advantage is done by using the product differentiation strategy, brand image and service.
