                      Abstrak

                      Teachers Evaluation is the process of determining the extent to which when teaching learning process in the class are achieved. It is concerned not only with appraisal of achievement but also the students can understanding about materials. Sometimes the teachers also finds some problems related to student understanding. The objective of this research is to describe teachers evaluation and find out problem faced in the post teaching by the English teachers in eleventh grade of SMA N 1 JekuloKudusin 2016/2017 academic year. The writer will give some information about teachers evaluation in post teaching in SMA N 1 Jekulo Kudus. This research is a qualitative research. The writer used observation and interview to collect the data. The data is this research are teachers evaluation in the post teaching and problem faced by the English teachers. And the data source come from two of the English teachers in SMA N 1 Jekulo Kudus. The result of the reseacrh is teachers evaluation in post teaching in the classsroom actually run well. And the problems faced by the teachers are also solved well, because the teacher tries to find right solutions. The conclusion of this research are teachers evaluation is important for teachers in teaching and lerning process. Sometimes the teachers finds some students lateness, student understanding and others. The writer suggests to the teachers can doing good evaluation and gives motivation to the students, so the teaching and learning process will always run well.
