Abstrak

English is one of international languages in the world which should be understood by people. The teachers’ is the key of the students success in process of learning in the classroom. The process of teaching, The English teacher must have methods of teaching to complete the teaching and make students understand because methods is the plan of the teachers’ to guide the students more comfortable in learning English. The objective of the research are (i) To find out teachers’ methods in teaching English for tenth grade students in SMK Terpadu Bhakti Indonesia in Pati Academic Year 2016/2017. (ii) To describe the process of teaching for tenth grade students of SMK Terpadu Bhakti Indonesia In Pati Academic Year 2016/2017. The design of the research is a descriptive qualitative reaserach which want to describe the information obtained an area. Whereas the data of this research teachers methods of tenth grade students of SMK Terpadu Bhakti Indonesia In Pati Academic Year 2016/2017. The data source is teachers tenth grade students of SMK Terpadu Bhakti Indonesia in Academic Year 2016/2017. Based on the result of observation it is shown that the teachers’ have 4 methods in teaching. There are discussion, problem solving, group work, question and answer. The process of teaching shows that the teachers collaborate with the students in process of learning to complete the process of teaching and the teachers’ can measure the ability of students by group or individual. Based on the result of research above the writer found that Teachers’ methods in Teaching English For Tenth Grade Students of SMK Terpadu Bhakti Indonesia in Pati Academic Year 2016/2017 is the plan teachers make a students understanding in teaching process. The writer has suggesttion the teachers’ should be more give students motivation to make students more creative deliver material in front of class when the teacher’s use methods of teaching to support teaching process.
