Abstrak

Classroom management is all efforts aimed at creating an atmosphere of effective and fun learning. It is important because the way teacher manages the classroom determines teaching and learning process run well or not. In order the teacher’s classroom management ability increased, the students should deliver their perception toward their teacher’s classroom management. The researcher found that the students of the tenth preeminent class of MA NU Banat Kudus are afraid of delivering their perception toward their teacher’s classroom management. So the researcher is interested to conduct a research on it. This research is a qualitative research which was conducted in MA NU Banat Kudus. The subjects of this research were the tenth preeminent class students of MA NU Banat. This study aims to know how the perception of the tenth preeminent class of MA NU Banat Kudus students in 2015/2016 academic year toward their English classroom management.In this research, the researcher used theory from McLeod at all (2003) who divided the classroom elements into time and space management and managing students’ behavior. While those elements are elaborated with Shakila theory which stated in Wahyudi at all (2005) who added the teacher’s providing feedback as one of the classroom management’s element. The researcher used questionnaire and interview which fulfilled and asked tothe students to get the data. After conducted the research, the researcher found the perception of the tenth preeminent class of MA NU Banat Kudus students in 2015/2016 academic year toward their English classroom management is fair. From the result of the research, the researcher suggest to the teacher to give chance to the students to deliver their perception toward her classroom management in every the end of meeting. To the students, the researcher suggests to do not afraid of delivering their perception toward their English teacher’s classroom management in order the English teacher’s classroom management ability increased so they will enjoy the teaching and learning process.
