                    Abstrak

                    Bimbel Mutiara Ratna is businesses engaged in services in the education of students who promote the quality and quality implementation of the results of learners. To support the teaching and learning activities Tutoring Ratna Mutiara make assessment questionnaire to Bimbel Mutiara Ratna about services and learning systems, to improve service to the attendees with her lessons. Sheets questionnaires were distributed to parents Bimbel, Bimbel participants, faculty, questionnaire assessment results will be evaluated to determine the quality of service and learning systems. In the process of implementation of the charging sheet using a sheet of paper questionnaires resulting in accumulation of the questionnaire answer sheets. With this condition becomes an obstacle for Bimbel to evaluate the results of the questionnaire. Besides takes quite a long time, the evaluation process also impressed difficult, so the results of the questionnaire can not be identified quickly. Ratings for services Bimbel by weighting the assessment criteria include: Administrative, schedule service teachers, the teaching skills of the teachers, the teaching methods of teaching staff, public facilities, classroom facilities, the facilities and infrastructure.
