Abstrak

Penelitianinibertujuanuntukmengetahuipengaruhatmosphere, layout, dankualitaspelayananterhadapkeputusanpembelian di AdijayaJepara.Dimanadiajukantigavariabelbebasdansatuvariabelterikat, yaituatmosphere, layout, dankualitaspelayananberperansebagaivariabelbebasdankeputusanpembeilianberperansebagaivariabelterikat. PenelitianinidilakukandenganmetodekuesionerterhadapkonsumentokoAdijayadanmenggunakanmetodeaccidentalsampling.Tahappertamamengujivaliditasdanreliabilitaspernyataansetiapvariabel.Tahapduameregresivariabelatmosphere, layout, dankualitaspelayananterhadapkeputusanpembelian. variabel bebas yang paling berpengaruh terhadap variabel terikat adalah kualitas pelayanan (0,318), diikutivariabelatmosphere (0,275), dan yang terakhirlayout (0,266).Hasiluji t membuktikanbahwasemuavariabelbebasatmosphere, layout, dankualitaspelayananmempunyaipengaruhpositifterhadapvariabelterikatyaitukeputusanpembelian di AdijayaJepara.Adjusted R Square yang diperolehsebesar 0,438. Hal iniberarti 43,8% keputusanpembeliandapatdijelaskanolehvariabelatmosphere, layout, dankualitaspelayanansedangkansisanya 56,2% dipengaruhiolehvariabel-variabel lain yang tidakditelitidalampenelitianini.
