Abstract

This research is motivated from the spread of moral issue among students today. In the school environment, problem that often occur include: irreverence of teachers, students who disparage each other. Fights between students, often violating the rules of school, and cheating that has been considered normal. These problems are already entrenched in schools, therefore it needs intensive and periodic handling. The problems studied: whether through group guidance services can increase in academic reaction on students of class XI IPS A SMA Negeri 2 Bae Kudus Lesson Year 2016/2017. The purpose of the study is 1. Describe the moral conditions in the interaction of students before and after being given guidance service group and obtained moral improvement of class XI IPS 4 SMA Negeri 2 Bae Kudus Lesson year 2016/2017 through group guidance services, 2. Describe the increased activity on the Service Group Guidance with Film Media on the students of class XI IPS 4 SMA Negeri 2 Bae Kudus Lesson Year 2016/2017. Knowing the effectiveness of Group Guidance Services with Film Media on the students of class XI IPS 4 SA Negeri 2 Bae Kudus Lesson Year 2016/2017. Type of research used is Research Gidance and Counseling Action. Subjects is studied were the students of class XI IPS 4, as many 7 students who have low moral quality. The study was conducted 2 cycle (cycle I and cycle II). Each cycle consists of three meeting and each one meeting discusses a material with a 45 minute time allocation. The approach used is a qualitative approach that contains descriptive explanation The result of pre-cycle study of students moral in academic interaction shows 36% percentage in low category (L). Cycle I of meetingg 1 get percentage of 41% in low category (L), cycle I meeting 2 get percentage 45% in low category (L), cycle I meeting 3 get percentage 53% in enough category (E), while at cycle II meeting 1 get 70% percentage in high category (H), cycle II of meeting 2 get percentage 79%, and cycle II of meeting 3 get 85% percentage in very high category (VH). The results of this study can be concluded that improving moral in academic interaction throughh group counseling services with film media obtained from 7 students from pre cycle to cycle I and cycle II shows that experience improvement. So the moral enhancement in academic interaction through group guidance services with film media 36% from 46% to 78%. Thus the research of guidance and counseling action can be concluded that the hypothesis of students who stated “improving moral in academic interaction through group counseling services with film media in grade XI IPS 4 SMA Negeri 2 Bae Kudus”, can be accepted because it has reached indicator of success.
