Abstrak

This study was conducted to determine the effect of different concentrations and timing of Microorganisms local banana weevil based on the growth and yield of soybean (Glycine max (L.) Merrill). Research was conducted in polybag, located in the experimental field of the Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Muria Kudus Desa Gondang Manis Kecamatan Bae Kabupaten Kudus. altitude of 17 meters above sea level (asl). Timing of the implementation began in December 2011 until April 2012 Implementation of the study using a factorial experiment based on Randomized Complete Design (RAKL). Factors consisted of two things: first the banana weevil MOL the first is Concentration consists of three level that (K1): Concentration MOL banana weevil 50 cc / L, (K2): Concentration banana weevil MOL 100 cc / L, (K3): Concentration MOL Banana with 3 level 150 cc / L. The second level is Giving Time MOL consists of three level, namely: (S1): Given at Stadium V3, R1 and R5, (S2): Given at Stadium V4, R3 and R7, (S3): Given at Stadium R1, R3 and R6. Of the two factors, composed of nine combinations of treatments plus 1 control to obtain 10 combined treatment. Research on treatment concentrations Local Microorganisms (MOL) made from banana weevil no influence on all parameters of growth and yield observations soybean crop, but the treatment delivery K2 concentration of 100 cc / polybag have a tendency to deliver growth and highest yield at Plant High , stover dry, Total Fill pods, number of seeds per plant, seed weight and weight of 100 seeds cropping per soybean plant. At the time of treatment provision based MOL banana weevil no significant effect on all parameters of growth and yield observations soybean crops, but there is a tendency timing of S2 (V4, R3 and R7) were able to show the highest results in the treatment of High Plants, Chlorophyll Leaf Weight, Number Fill pods, number of seeds per plant and seed weight of soybean crop.
