Teacher Training in Elementary School of Teacher Training and Education at Muria KudusUniversity. Supervisor (I) Dr. Sri Utaminingsih, M.Pd (2)Imaniar Purbasari, S.Pd. M.Pd. This study aims to describe the improvement of student learning outcomes and teacherskills through the Role Playing model on thematic subjects, the theme of which is mycountry, class IVA Sengonbugel SDN 01. Role Playing or mind mapping is a creative way for each learner to generate ideas, record what is learned, or plan new assignments. Application of Role Playing learning models in improving student learning outcomes in order to facilitate and focus students in understanding learning materials that specifically require them to play roles and improve students' speaking, especially Social Sciences and Indonesian Language content. The action hypothesis in this study is an effort to improve student learning outcomes through a Role Playing model in the fourth grade theme of my Nationalism in Sengonbugel SDN 01. This class action research is planned to be held in class IV of SDN 01 Sengonbugel with the subject of research as many as 33 students, consisting of 18 male students and 15 female students. This research plan lasts for two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The independent variable is the Mima model. While the dependent variable is student learning outcomes. Data collection techniques using test techniques, interviews, observation, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis used is descriptive quantitative and qualitative data analysis. The results of the study showed an increase in student learning outcomes Supported by an increase in student learning outcomes in the aspects of Social Sciences and Indonesian language loading skills using the Role Plying model in the first cycle Social Sciences and in Indonesian content of 69.69%, in Indonesian language content of 75.75%. While the second cycle of Social Sciences and content was 84.84% in Indonesian language content of 90.90% with a minimum completion of ≥70. Improving teacher skills using the first cycle Role Playing model was 78.53% to 83.07% in cycle II. Based on the results of classroom action research conducted on fourth grade students of SDN 01 Sengonbugel, it can be concluded that the use of Role Playing learning model can improve the learning outcomes of Sengonbugel class IV students
