Abstrak
Turnover karyawan dapat dipengaruhi olehberbagai faktor, diantaranya yaitu kompensasi, penilaian kinerja, dan Employee Engagement. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi terhadap Employee Engagement, penilaian kinerja terhadap Employee Engagement, kompensasi terhadap kinerja, penilaian kinerja terhadap terhadap kinerja, Employee Engagement terhadap turnover intention, pengaruh kompensasi terhadap turnover intentionmelalui Employee Engagement, pengaruh penilaian kinerja terhadap turnover intentionmelalui Employee Engagement pada karyawan PT. KPJB. Penelitian merupakan penelitian explanatory. Subjek penelitian adalahkaryawan PT. KPJB dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan instrumen kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Modelling). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kompensasi dan penilaian kinerja berpengaruh langsung terhadap Employee Engagement maupun turnover intention. Employee Engagement berpengaruh langsung terhadap turnover intention. Kompensasi dan penilaian kinerja berpengaruh terhadap turnover intentionmelalui Employee Engagement.
