Abstrak

The background of the study, from 20 grade V students of SD 5 Karangbener, only 8 students who could understand the material knew the meaning of national-scale historical relics from the days of Hinduism, Buddhism, and Islam in Indonesia and scored above the KKM, while the remaining 12 students get grades under KKM. This study aims to describe teacher skills, student activities, and student learning outcomes through the application of the CTL learning model assisted by interactive video media. The research hypothesis is that through CTL learning can improve teacher skills, student activities, and learning outcomes of class V SD 5 Karangbener This type of research is classroom action research with the subject of research all students of grade IV SD 5 Karangbener, amounting to 20 students, consisting of 8 male students and 12 female students. The procedure of this study was carried out in two cycles, consisting of planning, action, observation and reflection. Data collection techniques used are test, observation, interview and documentation. Success indicator for cognitive domain test results tes 70; affective, psychopathic, learning activities, and teacher skills, the average score is at least 4 or in the good category.. The results showed an increase in teacher activity from 60% in the first cycle to 81% in the second cycle, an increase in student activity from 46% in the first cycle to 83% in the second cycle, the initial learning outcomes 40% increased in the first cycle 65%, increased in the second cycle 95%. Teacher conclusions can link learning with everyday life, students to be active in learning, schools can apply CTL in learning, other researchers in conducting research can use different variables
