Abstrak
Human resources are an important factor in achieving company goals. The company will not run well if there is no human intervention. Labor is the main driver for the smooth running of business and company performance, so it must be maintained and maintained by meeting the needs and desires of employees. Based on the description, the author took the title "Analysis of the Effect of Training and Compensation on Job Performance Through Motivation As an Intervening Variable in PT. Kudos Istana Furniture "The aim of the study was to find out the analysis of the effect of training on motivation, analysis of the effect of compensation on motivation, analysis of the effect of training on work performance, analysis of the effect of compensation on work performance, analysis of the effect of motivation on work performance, analysis of the effect of training on work performance through motivation as intervening variable and analysis of the effect of compensation on work performance through motivation as an intervening variable. The sample in this study amounted to 188 people with. The technique in sampling this study using proportional random sampling method. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of this study are that training has a positive and significant effect on motivation, compensation has a positive and significant effect on motivation, training has a positive and significant effect on work performance, compensation has a positive and significant effect on work performance, motivation has a positive and significant effect on work performance, training is not positive and significant effect on work performance through motivation, and compensation has a positive and significant effect on work performance through motivation.
