Abstrak

This study aims to: 1) To describe the actions of research in providing group guidance services with role playing techniques to overcome the effects of bullying behavior. 2) To find out the role of the implementation of group role playing technical guidance services to overcome the influence of bullying on emotional sutend. Bulliying itself is intentional aggressive behavior that uses an imbalance of power or strength that is done repeatedly with the aim of disturbing other children or victims who are weaker than him. Group guidance service is one of the services or assistance provided by counselors to group members (clients or students). Members of a minimum of 3 people - 8 people, who go through an atmosphere of group dynamics to obtain information or can solve a problem experienced by individuals. This research is a counseling guidance action research. In other words the application of action research in the classroom is expected to be able to encourage teachers to have self-awareness to conduct self-reflection or self-criticism of the learning activities held. Namely the teacher-student learning process during learning takes place. Then used as a basis for self-reflection in the preparation of the action plan to be carried out. The research subject is the main basis in making research because there are various kinds of research materials obtained from research. Students who were the subject of this study were 8 to SMA N 1 Nalumsaristudents in Jepara. Analysis of these data according to Meoelong (2006: 78) can be done in three stages: 1) Data Reduction, namely the activity of selecting data adjusted to the focus of the problem. 2) Data exposure, i.e. activities describing data so that the data that has been organized becomes meaningful. 3) Make conclusions based on data descriptions. Based on the results of research the skills of researchers in group guidance services with role playing techniques In the first cycle of the first meeting I scored 52 in the sufficient category. Cycle I of meeting II got a score of 61 in the sufficient category. Cycle I meeting III gets a score of 70 in the good category. In cycle II meeting I got a score of 79 in the good category. Cycle II meeting II got a score of 83 in the good category. Cycle II meeting III received a score of 93 in the excellent category. Based on the results of the study overcoming the impact of bullying through group guidance with role playing techniques, the results showed that in the pre cycle, the average score was 17.75 with a very poor category, cycle I students 26.25 enough categories, which means students in following group guidance are good enough. In cycle II students scored 38.2 in the good category, which means students were able to follow the group's guidance well. Based on the results of the above research, suggestions can be made as follows: Counselors can make the results of research as a guide in providing counseling guidance services. Especially in dealing with the effects of bullying in children's mental development. Students are helped in overcoming the effects of bullying by utilizing group guidance services with role playing techniques. Researchers can increase their knowledge and understanding of a direct picture of problems in the field and prepare researchers to become intelligent and professional guidance and counseling teachers.
