Abstrak

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisispengaruh technical criteria, economic criteria, legalistic criteria dan integrative criteria terhadap brand switching Smartphone OPPO secara parsial dan simultan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif.Sampel adalah konsumenyang membeli Smartphone OPPO di Millenia Cell Kudusyang berjumlah 288 respondendan pengambilan sampel menggunakanpurposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data variabel dengan menggunakan metode angket atau questionnaire.Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda, uji t, uji F dan koefisien determinasi (R2).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwatechnical criteria berpengaruh positif terhadap brand switchingSmartphone OPPO. Economic criteriatidak berpengaruh positif terhadap brand switchingSmartphone OPPO.Legalistic criteria berpengaruh positif terhadap brand switchingSmartphone OPPO.Integrative criteria berpengaruh positif terhadap brand switchingSmartphone OPPO.Technical criteria, economic criteria, legalistic criteria dan integrative criteria berpengaruh positif terhadap brand switching Smartphone OPPO.
