Abstrak
The control system is a tool to control, govern and regulate the state of a system. The design of the control system design in the pipe welding tool with GMAW welding aims to maximize the performance of the tool by adding it to the control system. The control system design method on pipe welding aids begins with the design process, control system design drawings, control system block diagrams, control system installation, manufacture and testing. The manufacturing process includes the manufacture of control system hardware, making programs using Arduino IDE and hardware system assembly control on the engine. The results of the design of the control system can read the welding speed and display it on the LCD, pressing the holder automatically using a servo motor, stopping automatically after welding is finished using the Arduino UNO microcontroller.
