Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh role ambiguity, role overload, dan role stressor terhadap burnout. Penelitian ini dilakukan dikantor OPD Kabupaten Kudus. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 135 responden, pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 23 untuk windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) role ambiguity berpengaruh positif terhadap burnout OPD di Kabupaten Kudus, (2) role overload berpengaruh positif terhadap burnout OPD di Kabupaten Kudus, (3) role stressor berpengaruh negatif terhadap burnout OPD di Kabupaten Kudus.
