Abstrak

From the study has shown that as perpetrator of small business activity, woman personate as perpetrator of the business or as owner, as manager or even labour. In activity of small business, woman can personate as a member, official member, supervisor, manager, builder or even partner of the business. The role of woman in so many sector; however as according to excesses that she had, therefore most women are success in finance-related, crafting industry, and processing industry. In consequence, most small business that managed by woman is saving and loan in essence business activity, whether as a small entrepreneur, woman has developing in store business, food and beverage industry, convection/garment, salon/wedding service, also on crafting industry. The business volume or turnover of sampling small business which has reached Rp 2,6 billion until more than Rp 35 billion per year has given multiplier effect and also has a big role in developing small business in the region. Performance of sampling small business activity has quite good, whether from its value and development of self-supporting capital, turnover, and reached margin which average more than 25 %.
