Abstrak

The cores of this research are: how the relation between credit and the non-flow credit collecting on PD. BPR BKK Lasem Cabang Pamotan and how the effect of between credit on the non-flow credit collecting on PD. BPR BKK Lasem Cabang Pamotan. This research goal to study the relationship and effect of credit on the non-flow credit collecting on PD. BPR BKK Lasem Cabang Pamotan. In building hypothesis, that the effect of credit on positively and significantly the non-flow credit collecting on PD. BPR BKK Lasem Cabang Pamotan. The population (2500 formulary) and 625 as the cluster sampling (in-group). The result of this research is value of r count = 0.531 > r table = 0,195, it shows Ho unsupported and Ha supported, so there is relationship between credit analysis and non-flow credit collection in PD. BPR BKK Lasem Cabang Pamotan. Variable credit analysis has effect on positively the non-flow credit collecting in PD. BPR BKK Lasem Cabang Pamotan. Then, based on simple regression is that value t count = 15,626. Thus, value t count is bigger than t table (15,626> 1,975), it means that variable of credit analysis has effect on partially and significantly the customers satisfaction.
