Abstrak
ABSTRACT The problem is formulated how the influence of leadership on the performance of PNS environment of the Organization Department of Education, how the influence of motivation on the performance of civil servants within the Organization of the Holy District Education Office, how to influence the organization's commitment to the performance of civil servants within the Organization of the Holy Office of Education District and how the influence of leadership, motivation and organizational commitment jointly on the performance of civil servants in the environment of the Holy District Education Office Organization. As for the objectives of this study was to determine the effect of leadership on the performance of PNS environment of the District Education Office of the Holy Organization, to determine the effect of motivation on the performance of civil servants within the Organization of the problem formulated how the influence of leadership on the performance of PNS environment of the Organization Department of Education, to determine the effect of organizational commitment against the environmental performance of civil servants in the Education Office, and to determine the effect of leadership, motivation and organizational commitment jointly to the performance environment of the Organization pns Holy District Education Office. The results of this study is that leadership is partially variable having a significant effect on the performance of civil servants of the Holy District, partially in motivational variables have significant impact on the performance of civil servants of the Holy District Education Office. The results obtained by linear regression calculations on the variable of organizational commitment have partially positive and significant influence on the performance of civil servants. That the leadership variable (Xi), motivation (X2) and organizational commitment (X3) simultaneously have positive and significant influence on the performance of civil servants in the Holy District Education Office Organization. ABSTRAK Masalah dirumuskan bagaimana pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja PNS di lingkungan Organisasi Dinas Pendidikan, bagaimana pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja PNS di lingkungan Organisasi Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Kudus, bagaimana pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja PNS di lingkungan Organisasi Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Kudus dan bagaimana pengaruh kepemimpinan, motivasi dan komitmen organisasi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja PNS di lingkungan Organisasi Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Kudus. Adapun yang menjadi tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja PNS di lingkungan Organisasi Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Kudus, untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja PNS di lingkungan Organisasi masalah dirumuskan bagaimana pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja PNS di lingkungan Organisasi Dinas Pendidikan, untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja PNS di lingkungan Dinas Pendidikan, dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan, motivasi dan komitmen organisasi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja PNS di lingkungan Organisasi Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Kudus. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa variabel kepemimpinan secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja PNS Kabupaten Kudus, pada variabel motivasi secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja PNS Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Kudus. Hasil perhitungan pada regresi linier diperoleh pada variabel komitmen organisasi secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja PNS. Bahwa variabel kepemimpinan (X1), motivasi (X2) dan komitmen organisasi (X3) secara simultan mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja PNS di lingkungan Organisasi Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Kudus.
