Key words: Outside classroomEnglish interaction, problems of English interaction English interaction is practice speaking English that the interaction among people is very important to make good relationship.English interaction is important to improve and to develop students speaking skill, to the success of teaching speaking process by the lecture, in this case the students more be active to practice speaking English. But in fact, there are some students find any problem don’t practice speaking in English. The objective of this research is to describe the English interaction outside classroom and to find out the problems of outside classroom English interaction of the third semester students of English Education Department teacher training and Education faculty of Muria Kudus University in the academic year 2013/2014. This research is descriptive qualitative research. The data of this research is the Outside Classroom English Interaction, and the data source is the third semester students of English Education Department in academic year 2013/2014 from the total 174 students that is consist of 58 students. The result of this research is the practice speaking English for the third semester students of English Education Department of Muria Kudus University in academic 2013/2014 is rarely done. itcan be seen from result of questionner,there is 10.6% therespondentsanswer always, while 25.3%respondents answer sometimes, whereas 36.3%respondents answer seldom, and then30.0%respondents answer never. The respondentsanswer seldom is that indicates the biggest number. Most of these respondents has a problem. First, the respondents greatest barrier in practicing speaking in English related themselves or related individual factor. They don’t practice speaking in English because of being afraid of making mistakes. Realizing that their unlimited English communication ability would probably result in mistakes, they get anxious and shy to be laughed at. Despite the fact that they do not want to take this risk, they finally stop practicing speaking in English or just keep silent. Second, English speaking non-compulsory environment also becomes another obstacle. Since there is no rule that obligates students to speak English (e.g. English day program), there are only few respondent who practice speaking in English. As a metter of fact, many students get difficulties in finding their partners to practice speaking English. Based on the result of the research above, it is expected that the students to be aware to practice their English speaking at the campus especially at the English Education Department area with or without lecturers or rules.
