Abstrak

To be able to understand and be sensitive to ethical issues in one's profession requires a balancing process that includes consideration of internal and external sides are attributed to the unique combination of experience and learning the profession and the organizatiori. lnternal factors affecting the level of ethical sensitivity is a professor of idealism and relativism. While the external environment is determined by factors of commitment to the profession and commitment to the organization. This study examined the determinant factors of ethical sensitivity among lecturers University Muria Kudus. The research is expected to help teachers to recognize and be sensitive to ethical issues in general so that its behavior can provide a well-established image of the profession and always use professional skills based on ethical standards of the profession. Primary data is taken directly from the sample all tenured faculty at the University Muria Kudus. Analisis data used in this study is Structural Equation Model, the AMOS 16.0 causal models to show that the structure and problems of measurement and are used for analyzing and testing hypotheses. Results showed idealism, professional commitment and organizational commitment positively influence ethical 'sensitivity.Whereas relativism is not related to ethical sensitivity lecturer.
