Abstrak

Attitude is very important leadership possessed by students. By having a leadership attitude the individual's personal character will be easily formed. This is consistent with the observations of researchers performed in SMA N 1 Mejobo Kudus. Many students who are less able to demonstrate leadership attitude. The lack of enthusiasm of the students seen when he should be leadership, shown by the attitude of students who are not confident, does not have a vision, lacking a sense of responsibility, not expressly, and unreliable. Problems studied: “How mastery of content services with live modeling techniques can improve the attitude of the leadership class XI IPS 2 SMA N1 Mejobo Kudus Academic Year 2013/2014”. The purpose of this study is: leadership to improve student attitudes through the mastery of content services with live modeling techniques. Usability research: implementation of the improvement of learning through action research includes theoretical and practical usability. The attitude of leadership is person's ability to influence and persuade others to take action to achieve common goals. Content mastery hypothesis service action is: "Use of the Mastery Content Service with Live Modeling Techniques Leadership can improve the attitude of the students of class XI IPS 2 SMA N 1 Mejobo Kudus Academic Year 2013/2014”. Subjects examined in this study is 35 students of class XI IPS 2, that most students have the attitude of leadership is less. Based on interviews and observations, study variables: mastery of content services with live modeling techniques (independent variable) and attitudes of leadership (dependent variable). Methods of data collection methods of observation, methods supporting the interview and documentation. Analysis of the data using action research guidance and counseling. Research done 2 cycles (cycle I and cycle II) each cycle is done 3 meetings the allocation of time spent in 45 minutes. Based on observations prior to the act of mastering content services with live modeling techniques, leadership attitudes of students in the category of less with an average yield of 30. Once given the mastery of content services with live modeling techniques, leadership attitudes of students increased in cycle I. The average yield obtained in the first cycle achieve an average of 33 in enough categories. While in cycle II While in the second cycle to the leadership attitudes of students increased to 44 in both categories. This shows that mastery of content services with live modeling techniques can improve the attitude of the leadership class XI IPS 2 SMA N 1 Mejobo Kudus Academic Year 2013/2014. The results of the discussion and analysis researchers concluded as follows mastery of content through the service in the first cycle and second cycle can improve attitudes improve leadership class XI IPS 2 SMA N 1 Mejobo Kudus. Thus the hypothesis can be accepted because it has been verified. After seeing the findings in the field provide advice to researchers: 1. Head of School, expected to provide policy support and facilitate the implementation of the guidance and counseling program leadership in improving students' attitudes. 2 Guidance and counseling teacher, should further streamline various kinds of guidance and counseling services to help solve the problems of students. One of the services that can be used to help students is mastery of content services with live modeling techniques. 3. To the students, should be more active in following and utilizing mastery of content service activities with live modeling techniques. 4 Next Research, continued development of action granting in an effort to improve the attitude of student leadership to be more selective and more perfect to give to students.
