Abstrak

The background of this research is social phobia found in X U-1 and X U-2 MA NU Banat Kudus students in Academic Year 2013/2014, and have impact in decreasing the student’s achievement, learning difficulties, expel of environment, and make the students interaction in school and out of school more bad. The application of the behavioristic counseling systematic desensitization technique, effective to save the social phobia to the students. The purpose of this research is finding factor cause the students have social phobia and assisting to overcome social phobia to the X Grade MA NU Banat Kudus with behavioristic counseling systematic desensitization technique. Social phobia is shyness and fear natural abundant by students social situation either in environment in school and outside school, resulting educative participant limit its activity. Behavioristik konseling believe that behaviour of maladaptif can be altered to become behaviour of adaptif with process learn. Desensitisasi systematic technique the one of technique of konseling behavioristik technique used to eliminate dread or fear trained educative participant step by step deal with the source of dread, performed within situation of relaksasi. Behavioristik konseling desensitisasi systematic technique very precise to overcome social phobia which represent behaviour of maladaptif. Because technique of desensitisasi systematic have been weared in so many situation related to dread, fear, reaction of phobia. This research method use approach qualitative. Type of research this is case study.This research subjek there is three students natural of social phobia. Method data collecting the used is method of interview, observation as fundamental method, while documentation method as complement method. This data research analysis cover three activity path that happened concurrently that is: data reduction, data display, consclusions: drawing/verifying. Result of research which have indicated that, after given service of behavioristic counseling systematic desensitization technique three of times rill. MF which initially showing social phobia symptom with demure attitude and interaction seldom with friends in class, becoming not fear for have interaction to with people and friend about/around him. UY which initially showing social phobia symptom with demure marking, often alone, seldom chat with friend, school activity moment go forward in front of class only if showed by teacher, becoming easy to live with and berinterkasi with school environment and friend. While AI which initially showing social phobia symptom with marking often moment reside in among many people, ashamed of moment have to walk to pass many people especially men, and nervous about moment go forward in front of class, becoming not tremble moment reside in among many people, shall no longger refrain from to follow events entangling many people like event parting of school and pay a visit to places of wisata, becoming more self confidence of presentation moment in front of class or do problem in front of class. Writer give suggestion to: 1. Headmaster, require to create school atmosphere able to generate security and balmy to educative participant so that educative participant can develop social interaction better. 2. Konselor, have to always pay attention growth of educative participant specially to educative participant which is owning problem have to is immediately handled and given by special attention. 3. Educative participant, expected by of interaction can be social better to its environment, environmental goodness of school and also outside go to school. 4. Researcher, to the fore is it him expected to earn more able to train patience in execution of service of and tuition of konseling to finish problems of educative participant.
