Abstrak

The study entitled Analysis of Influence of Financial Performance Share Price On Chemical Sector Manufacturing Company in Indonesia Stock Exchange aims to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of Debt To Equity Ratio, Return on Assets, Earnings per Share and Current Ratio both partially and simultaneously to the stock price at chemical sector manufacturing companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2010-2013. This study is included in correlational studies (correlational research), with a quantitative approach. The sample of this study were 7 chemical manufacturing sector in the period 2010-2013 in order to obtain as much data as the data 28. The data source of this study using data collected by the data collecting agency (IDX) and published to the public penggguna data consisting of the income statement, balance sheet and stock price-related research. Analysis using multiple regression analysis, t test, F test and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that there are significant not debt-to-equity ratio (DER) and the current ratio (CR) partially to the stock price on the chemical sector manufacturing companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2010-2013 period, based on the t value of 0.042 and significance value above 0:05 is equal to 0.967. There are significant return on assets (ROA), earnings per share (EPS) partially to the stock price on the chemical sector manufacturing companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2010-2013 period, based on the t value for 2006 and the significant value that is equal to 0.007 under 0:05.
