Abstrak

Thesis report entitled "System Information Administration Support Program Final Report of the Maternal Health and Child in Health Center Mayong II" has been carried out by analyzing the existing problems including data collection and reporting on reporting statements maternal and child health programs in Health Center Mayong II. The purpose of this paper is to produce software applications to facilitate the process of making and reporting reports maternal health and child health programs between midwives and health center concerned. The system is designed using UML modeling. While pemrogrman language used is Java NetBeans 7.2.1 and MySQL databases. The results of this design is a desktop application which put emphasis on reporting statements maternal health and child health programs include health and PWS program data (monitoring of the Local Region)
