Abstrak

The purpose of this study are: 1) To describe the action in an effort to improve the attitude prososial through group counseling services with sociodramas techniques in class VIII SMP N 1 Dawe Kudus in the school year 2015 / 2016. 2) Increasing prosocial attitudes after the given group counseling services with technique sociodramas on class VIII SMP N 1 Dawe Kudus in the school year 2015/2016. The theory used in this research include the theory about oral communication in the school and the theory of group counseling techniques sociodramas. Prosocial attitudes are helping others by means of physical of psychological ease the burden of the people, pay attention to the welfare of others without thinking of its own interests, and to relieve the burden of the energy and thoughts. Group counseling is counseling service that allows students group of students or group members have an opportunity to discuss and alleviate the problems experienced by the group dynamics. Sociodramas technique is a method of learning to play a role aimed at solving social problems that arise in human relationships with one another and can be developed in one group. Our hypotheses draft guidance counseling action is as follows: "Guidance Services group Sociodramas Technique to Improve Prosocial capabilities Grade VIII-SMP N 1 Dawe Kudus Academic Year 2015/ 2016". This research uses action research guidance and counseling. The subjects were students of the SMP N 1 Dawe Kudus Academic Year 2015/ 2016 class VIII , amounting to 8 students. The research variables: the group with technical guidance services sociodramas (independent variable) and prosocial attitudes (the dependent variable). Methods of data collected by observation, interview and documentation. Analysis of data using qualitative descriptive. The study design includes planning, implementation, observation and reflection conducted in two cycles. The study of efforts to improve prosocial attitudes have increased each cycle. In the pre-cycle to get a score of 17.75 percentage of 35.5% to the category of very less (SK), then in the first cycle of meetings I gained a score of 23.625 percentage of 47.25% in the poor category (K), the first cycle of meetings II obtained a score of 25.75 percentage of 51.5% in the poor category (K), the first cycle of meetings III obtained a score of 30, the percentage of 60% in the category enough (C). In the second cycle meeting I obtained a score of 34.5 percentage of 69% in both categories (B), the second cycle II meeting obtain a score of 38.125 percentage of 76.25% in either category (B), the third meeting of the second cycle obtain a score of 42 percentage of 84% in category excellent (SB). This shows an increase in the second cycle compared with the cycle I. Based on the above results, it can put forward suggestions as follows: 1) For Principal, is expected to provide infrastructure facilities that support in order to organize guidance and counseling services can work well. 2) For the supervising teacher is expected to develop services of guidance and counseling one of them is the service of group counseling related to improving attitude prosocial in achieving learning according to the needs of students. 3) For students with group counseling services by using sociodramas technique hopefully students are expected to overcome sociodramas antisocia
