Abstrak

This research aims to analyze Motivation, Leadership, Environment Employee PT. Enggal Subur Kertas Kudus either partially or multiple. The hypothesis presented in this study are: Allegedly there is a positive influence between motivation, leadership, and working environment of the employees of PT. Enggal Subur Kertas Kudus. The data used in this study, there are two types of primary data and secondary data, the number of respondents is 80 respondents. As for collecting data through questionnaires, interviews, and literature, to the data processing method used editing, coding, scoring and tabulating. Then for data analysis using descriptive and quantitative analysis. Based on the results of the discussion are outlined, concluded there is a significant positive effect between motivation and performance of employees. There is a significant positive effect between leadership and employee performance. There is a significant positive influence between work environment with employee performance. There is a significant positive effect between motivation, leadership, and work environment with employee performance.
